This was a two year span. Wanna hear the screwed up part? At the time of the older picture [right], the sophomore year picture, I considered myself in the best shape of my life at 132-137lbs. I was not dieting correctly at this time, I was super cut up tho. So with proper nutrition for this past year and a half or so I have managed to keep all my abs and gain some quality size and strength.
Ah yes, and non of my slim fit small t-shirts fit me anymore.
