Before and After.

Well, this one is 'after' on the left, and 'before' on the right. If you are ready to have a sweet full body transformation make sure you take some good before pictures from all angles. Side, front, top, bottom, and don't forget your legs and back. I made the mistake of not doing this. A few months ago I found a picture of me using my new camera in my dorm mirror sophomore year, so I decided to remake the exact picture. Here was the outcome.

This was a two year span. Wanna hear the screwed up part? At the time of the older picture [right], the sophomore year picture, I considered myself in the best shape of my life at 132-137lbs. I was not dieting correctly at this time, I was super cut up tho. So with proper nutrition for this past year and a half or so I have managed to keep all my abs and gain some quality size and strength.

Ah yes, and non of my slim fit small t-shirts fit me anymore.
